As long as you don't allow the master to empty, you should be able to use a suction bleeder on each wheel and pull the fluid through. The abs will not be affected.
At least, that's how I did mine and had no issues.

You can also bleed them the old fashion way, with a buddy in the car pump the brakes then hold them while you open the bleeder allowing the air to escape, repeat untill you have no air bubbles.
do each wheel and remember to keep checking the master cylinder to ensure you have plenty off brake fluid. I use a short piece of clear plastic tubing slip it over the bleeder and route it into a catch can then you can see the bubbles and also tell when the new clean fluid reaches the caliper. I just installed a RSD line loc you will love it what a blast..

You said you have an 00.
Where does the 93 fitting come into play?
At any rate.
I would go to a good auto parts store, such as NAPA, etc.
Ask for them to pull the year MC that you are working on, off the shelf & have them find a fitting that would screw into it.
Good luck.

I have a 93 and a 2000.Summit only make a installation kit for the c-4.I got the 93 done. The problem is the fitting in master cylinder on the 2000,is one size larger. The 93 uses a M10 adapter.I have gone to three napa stores here today.I would like for some one to tell me where did they get their fittings.I live in the Atlanta area.I think I need a M12 adapter
