2 rattles in motor one new one old???

2 rattles in motor one new one old???
i have a 04 C5 Coupe. lowered, with rims. i alo have a BPP throttle body and full vortex air rammer along with exhaust AND CHIP. i keep gettign this rattle out of 1st gear and GM is saying this is normal??? like a choin sound.. the second sound is when i open the throttle up it sounds like my pistons rattle?? anyone have these problems? any tips to fix it? thx

Your discription could be a engine ping.
Engine pinging is caused by several things.
1. Low octane gasoline
2. Carbon build up.
3. Oil in the intake fom blowby.
4. Tune needed for AFR adjustment.
