Default Flip-up headlights don't flip-up

I have a 1997 Corvette, and the flip-up headlightslights are not flipping up. Both lights are affected. Here are the symptons:

1. When the switch in the car is turned on, all the lights (including headlights) turn on, but the headlights do not flip-up.

2. When the switch in the car is used, no grinding noise or any other noise is heard by the headlights (but all the lights are on).

3. The night-time light sensor doesn't seem to be doing anything. I checked it at dusk, when it usually works, and it would not turn any of the lights on.

Any idea what is broken? Thanks in advance for all the help.

sounds like your headlight motors aren't getting the signal to flip up.

The headlamp control module is the likely suspect. On the '99, its mounted on the right frame rail just behind the right headlamp.

Did you get this issue fixed? I'm having the exact same problem on my '99. Does anyone have the part # and price for the headlamp control module?
