Question on Repair of Run-Flats
I have a nail in right rear tire on my 2K, Coupe. Do these run-flats use a different type of plug or patch for repair?
Also, are the lug bolts on all side right hand thread? Tightening sequence and torque?
Any information regarding this subject is greatly appreciated.

Re: Question on Repair of Run-Flats (Setpoint)
I heard from another C5 owner to use the usual star pattern in tightening the lugs. Start with 30 ft lbs, then 60, then 90, then finish with 100. Drop a link to this post in the general C5 section. You'll get some more responses, I'm sure.

Re: Question on Repair of Run-Flats (Setpoint)
Repair is the same for EMTs as for normal tires. The difference with EMTs is that they have stiffer sidewalls.

Re: Question on Repair of Run-Flats (SRitger)
i was charged $25.00 for nail in my right rear.i purchased road hazard for $10.00 a tire the same day.if your c5 has less than 12,000 miles and it has been less than 12 months since purchase, flats are fixed with no charge.i missed the 12 months by 1 day.read your goodyear booklets that came with your c5. :cuss
