Part of my goal is to be the first with this setup. On paper and looking at the heads it should make some very good numbers.

We're not sure on the fuel rails yet but since I've got the return line system adding aftermarket rails will be a since if I have to go that way.

Are they like the LS7 rails (5* angle)? If so we've got a couple sets that we fabbed up. Should be ready this week, if not already completed.

Phil has the intake and heads over your way. You may want to ask him. Thanks.

UPDATE:

We finally got the Bret Bauer cam yesterday. It took Comp a while to find a blank that would work with Bret's cam and lobe design. This is definitely not an off the shelf grind.

The bottom end can go together now. The next step is to check the P/V clearance and flycut as necessary.

Maybe Phil97svt can get some pics up as we progress with this build.

I wish. Phil had a big meet today and I haven't been pushing him as he got his car ready for that. Now that it's past, I hope to hear my car run this week.

It probably would be done if he had taken it to a "professional". I'm glad all of your installation problems were fixed by a "professional". How is the cam doing? You ready to swap it out yet? Feeling deja vu?

Thats hilarious! Now come on Phil....you asked last time and EVERYONE said to get another cam. I even offered to get it exchanged out for another one and you were content with your decision and now look where its gotten ya. I don't think it could have happened to a nicer guy and BTW I'm glad to see you can fix my tunes and eliminate the surging that no one else in the world can seem to accomplish. If you can post up how to fix them so everyone else can benefit.

What's wrong with the cam? I installed that stick in Mark's last car and had no issues at all.
