lots of different views on tires
I have always replaced my tires with the Good years that came with it. I don't mod my cars I have a 2001 and a 2003 AE. I have had the c-5's since 98. I was thinking about trying the pilot sport then I read where someone said they were to spungy. I don't like regular tires because of no spare. Anyone that car share their personal experience with Tires I would appreciate it.

If you just gotta stay with runflats, the Firestone Firehawk RFTs were a big improvement over the Goodyears for me. That was in the days when I too wanted to stay with run-flat tires.
Now I have BFG KDW2s and am much better thank you.

i have about 800 miles on my Michlin Pilot sport A/S ZP's. I love'em. Spongy...not! Someone was probably running them with low pressure....They have very rigid sidewalls, which they must have anyway to be runflats.....
Excellent traction on dry road, very little road noise...much better than OE Goodyears.. I am also a purist, no mods, but tires do not fall into yhe "mod" catagory anyway.....

I'm using Nitto 555's - these were my first replacements after the oem runflats. I think they are a little too soft, at least with the F55 shocks. So I had to bump up the tire pressure to compensate. Not sure if I would go with them again. They definately feel 'looser' than the runflats - not sure how to quantify that though.
