Default Quiet performance exhaust?

I have posted this a few times with no real answer so I figured I would try again. I am wondering what is the most quiet performace exhaust with no drone on the market. (zo6 ti not included)

Any info or speculation would be great! I am guessing it is the Callaway but I would like some confirmation before I buy

thanks!

I hear the Corsa Touring with pro tips are at stock or a hair above in sound.

I would have to guess Corsa Touring or B&B Route 66.

Z06 Ti's, great exhaust and light weight to boot. Plus, being out of production, they'll be a rarity.

If you're not going with Ti's then the Corsa Touring is your next best bet.

I'll let you know about Bassani's "quiet thunder" in a week or two.

Dynatech long tube headers, hiflowcats and Xpipe, Corsa touring exhaust. You will be just fine with this setup not to mention the hp gain.

Borla Mod# 14961 are quiet, a bit louder than stock. If you want quiet, why not stay stock?

I've had a B + B Rt. 66 in my '98 for 7 years now. A bit louder than stock w/ a nice sound to it. I'm pleased.....

I thought that changing exhaust made no difference in RWHP. Therefore, the answer is the stock system.

I changed to corsa pace car because I like the noise.

I also have a 92 with Flowmaster 40s and the stock resonator.

I've got the Corsa Pace Car system and I did notice a slight difference in the power even before I did any other mods. The pace car system is nice and quiet at idle and cruise with virtually no drone, but it will scream when you're on it. I've heard that the touring set-up is barely louder than stock though, plus it's got some really cool tips available if you've got the extra scratch to spend.

Please do, this is one of the ones I would have guessed would have great sound.

So the Corsa touring is more quiet than the Magnaflows?

I no longer have my stock exhaust

Thanks!!

I'm looking for a "like new" set as we speak. I love my Corsa Indy's but with an A4 heads/cam car with 3.90's & 1 7/8" headers with no cats it has become a bit loud

I'm running the Corsa Touring and If I didn't know they were on I'd swear I still had the stock exhaust. The Corsa engineer said both Touring and Pace Car had the same flow rate. Only the sound is different.

B&B TriFlo Rte 66. Nice mellow sound. No drone. Had mine for several years now.

Borla Stingers look real small & light. Any opinions? I like the look of the quad tips.

Great sound at WOT. No resonance with '99 six speed. I also install Cowboy interior insulation...makes the car very liveable.

I have the Route 66 on mine after switching from Borla Stinger. If you want an excellent looking system and not to much more sound than stock I HIGHLY recommend the B&B Route 66 system. Sounds very good and no extra interior noise than stock.
