Default Driver's Seat Broken

I've got problems with the driver's seat on my 98 Corvette convertable. The seat was very wobbly so today I took it out of the car. When I turned it upside down, I was able to see that one of the four points that secure the seat to the base is broken!

I called the dealer and they are willing to "cut a deal" at $610 for the base which includes the electric motors. The parts guy said that spare parts are not available.

Any suggestions on a cheaper solution?

For used parts, try Gene's Kar Shop, a Forum vender.
