Default Opinion on clutch?

I know its a question that comes up every week and i already did a search.

So last night some buddies and i were racing on my personal "test track" and my clutch get the infamous "stuck to the floor" syndrome. Then i drove around for a bit and let it cool down some. And when we tried to run again the clutch pedal got super hard and would let me shift into 2nd gear.

So im thinking its time for a new clutch.

The car currently makes 433rwhp and ill probably be adding a 100-125 wet kit (N2o) so ill usually be at 433rwhp but sometimes ill be at 550rwhp.

I DONT drag race the car from a dead stop, only rolling starts. I want a clutch that i can drive around town with none-little chatter. But i need something that can hold that kind of power for a good period of time (i dont want something that will hold power for 600 mi then i have to change it). I dont really care how much pedal effort is needed, ill take a hard pedal for a strong clutch anyday.

please post your experiences and recomendations.

Jay

I want something that will hold more power. There are people running the ls7 and going through them on the spray.

Ram Powergrip HD. 900 series if you use a power adder.

I have used this clutch with success. It is a little touchy around town but its hard to have the best of both worlds.

This clutch also does not carry the usual corvette tax.

I have the RPS clutch/flywheel and love it and I do support some high HP numbers and over 3k and several track sessions with no problems other than smiles when I go into serious boost

I also have the RPS clutch and flywheel. Feels great for the street, effort is almost like stock.

Where did you hear or see that, I haven't heard of any failures yet.
