as far as I know....have never heard of anything else and it is actually a ZP not a RFT

Zero Pressure as opposed to RunFlat

the difference is in the sidewall and how far you can travel...

I had the Michelin Pilots AS ZP on my 2003 convertible, they were quiet and for the kind of driving I did they were great. I think you can only go 50 miles on them if they are flat. What are the Goodyears good for...200 miles?

The Michelins also had the rim guard.

I have the Michelin Pilots AS on my 2000 coupe. Great tire, I really like them.

I'm needing to replace my 2nd set of the Goodyear OEMs on my 2001 convertible and have been displeased with the short tread-life as others have expressed. Aside from that, I have liked them.
I want to replace with a run-flat (or zero pressure?) and would like input or recommendations for alternatives. I'd appreciate specific feedback comparing the Goodyears with the Michelin PS A/S ZP mentioned herein, as I'm seriously considering those.
I drive like I believe a 'vette should be driven-- fast when possible, but I don't autocross, etc., Just street driving (daily driver) and never met a hole in traffic that didn't tempt me!
Input and experience with these tires welcome!

Replaced my run-flats with Goodyear GS-D3's. Nice tire, especially for the money, but they are not run flats, so I keep a small compressor in the back and a AAA membership
