In the last thread you were just offering a case of beer. Now a million dollars? Jeez, I think I'll wait a few more weeks for the offer to be increased to a few billion dollars before throwing my hat into the ring!

Did you check your fp fuse and relay? They are both located in the fuse box under the hood by the battery. Another thing to try is to remove the supply line off of the rail and put it into a bucket/small gas can. Have a buddy turn on the ign. and see if you have fuel flow. If it's gushing out of the line then I would suspect the regulator could be the culprit. Try these out and post your results. Jer.

sounds like you have too much money .........this is what happens to wealthy people that own C5s. Learn to be poor and your Vette will run like a charm. It's the law, and I am MURPHY.

Hello,

The problem you describe has many solutions….Can you pull the codes and post them back to this thread so we can point you in the right direction?

Just don't erase the codes

OK, unfortunately there are no codes posted for the PCM and I believe that with the way your engine is running there should have been some codes posted in the PCM….
Now we are going to have to troubleshoot your engine the “old school” way.

Can you tell us how this problem occurred? For example, did you perform any mods to the engine prior to this issue? Did you have the MAF/Air filter Box/Throttle body/PCV removed from the engine? Did you try to reprogram your PCM using an after market-tuning program?
Does your car have an Auto or Manual transmission? If Manual, did the engine experience an over REV during a downshift?
Or was the engine performance degrading over time.

Basically I’m looking for some history of how the motor ran in the past 90 days and any event the car experienced that may have contributed to this issue to include what you did in way of maintenance on the engine.

The problem is related to the fuel presure if you only have 10psi. Normal is 58-62psi. If you disconnected the return line and no fuel was coming through, it is related to the pump or a kinked line in some way. You could try checking the voltage at the pump to verify close to battery voltage. Or better yet, run a direct feed to the pump off the battery and a redundant ground for a test. If she still has only 10psi, maybe try another fuel pressure gauge to verify, but it all sounds fuel pressure related. Tough to guess via PC. Good luck and hope this helps.

Ok check the fuel filter and make sure you didn't install it backwards. If that is not the problem and I dont think it is! Clear all the codes, then disconnect the battery ground cable, have a beer , then reconnect the ground cable, have another beer, then start the car, if problem persists list all current codes and wear your glasses this time as you listed a number of codes that don't exist.....
