Default Reprogram computer for higher PSI?

Hello all,

I purchased new tires yesterday and decided to go with a different brand that I can run at a higher psi. As you all know the sensors will freak out on me if I actually go with the 50psi rating.

So is there a way to change the high and low numbers for the computer some how?

Its early in the moring here so if thats a stupid question take it easy on me...lol.

Have a great day!!

Good point, so I should stay with what it is recommended for the car, got it.

Those are the tires I bought as well, are you happy with them? Sure hope I will be. I wasnt happy with the Good Years.

In answer to your question: NO, you can not reprogram the system to alert you at different pressures. The "high and low" warnings are pre-set. To follow with other posters: WHY? The pressure you should run is for the car, not the maximum on the side of the tire. Can't imagine running 51 PSI would be "productive".
