Does the underdrive pulley replace the harmonic balancer?

Great mod everytime.
2 questions,How tough of a job? Since the Vettes have more bells and whistles. What about the charging system, still keep up ok!
I want to put on the New March pulley, teamed with a fuild dampter.
built in, 12 rear wheel horse, plus a better high rpm balancer.

That really sucks. My "corvette guru" just replaced mine with a stock one. I didn't even know I had an option to replace it with the Underdrive to get more horsepower. That was such a waste of money cause I didn't get any power though I spent the money. Anyone know of a good corvette shop in Austin besides Austin corvette. It may be time to find another one.

I rate the suck factor a 7.4 out of 10.
Just did it the other day.
You have to pull a lot of stuff out because the rack needs to come out.

Aptly put as well. Immediately gives the mental image of bleeding knuckles, wrenches thrown in fits of late night rage, and screams that push the veins in your neck to their max.
Been there maaaaany times in my short life here. It's good to know you ain't alone!

Fastguy's suck factor is pretty accurate if the pulley is all you're doing. I wouldn't bother unless I was doing a cam swap or the rack, rad and other stuff were off for some repair anyway.

Or if you JUST finished bolting the whole damn car back and then realize you didn't put in a new oil pump O-ring.
