Default Codes in memory

I have been having codes 0137 and 0157 low voltage to the rear O2s. Hoping it is a loose wire. I plan on getting under the car this weekend. The car does have TPIS headers with stock cats. Once the code is reset using the DIC and does not reappear how, long until the car can pass an OBD2 readiness test for state emmissions?

Thank you,
