I am really sorry to hear that, but in my opinion I would never trust anyone but myself to build or work on my engine, just my 2 cents.....
I would be getting a lawyer and suing that company for all its worth and then some.....also call better business :mad

Wow, I don't come to the Scan and Tune section very often. THAT IS A HORRIBLE STORY!! I would be suing the every living crap out of them. That 'tuner' (using term loosely) always seemed kind of shady to me. Reminds me of Hennessey... :mad :mad

Needless to say, Labor Day Weekend comes and goes, but he somehow makes it to Bowling Green for the Super Tuner Shootout! He looses every challenge so there is some salvation to the trip I didn’t make.

It appears you have done your homework well, and should have quite some proof of his "negligence". You would probably have to sue the company, and he would then claim bancruptcy, but aren't you looking to close his doors anyways ?? I wish you the best and can only say word of mouth on the forum is your best indicator. Thanks for yours :cheers:

I feel for you!! I had a similar experience with Hennessey. I still have not received a penny. Lots of promises though. :rolleyes:

As for lawsuits, I had a similar experience w/ a contractor building my deck/gazebo. Won the lawsuit, but the guy disappeared. Never had any success collecting. :reddevil
