New engine won't idle
new 1168 aluminum block
K-1 forged crankshaft 4.00" stroke
K-1 6.125 rods with ARP 2000 bolts
ARP main and head studs
Mahle forged pistons, 3.905 bore, file fit rings
Balanced rotating assembly, Stamey's Auto Parts Winter Haven, all machine work
Block squared and decked, pistons +.004 out of hole
ATI damper 10% underdriven
Crane billet adjustable timing chain set
Melling 10296 oil pump
Mast windage tray
Comp custom camshaft .613/.617 227/231 LSL lobes, 112ICL, using 1.8 rockers .650/.653
AFR V2 215's large bore heads and matched Fast 102 prepped by Tony Mamo, 4.160-.040 head gaskets 60.5cc chambers
Bosch/Fast white giant 42# injectors, 59psig fuel pressure
Cranking compression 220psig all eight cylinders, SCR 11.6:1, DCR 9:6:1 Intake closes 45*ABDC + 15*
Driveline mods include a Yank SS3200 torque converter, 3.15 rear gear dynoed by Mike Norris in '06.
402RWHP, 381RWTQ
Attempted to start new engine on the 85mm MAF that was tuned to this 346 with AFR 205' VHP/Crane 216/224 583 lift camshaft
New 383 fouled AC 41-104 spark plugs, installed a set of TR55's not much better; stopped procedure because I did not want to wash down cylinders.
Any ideas or direction greatly appreciated

Wow what a beast----So many mods at once you absolutely need a retune
Fouled rich plugs and cylinder washing sounds like way to much fuel .Points usually to an incorrect injector flow rate table--Your stock flow table is either 24 or 28 lbs. Installing 42's without rescaling will make it horribly rich----ALSO Most aftermarket injectors are rated at 3 bar( 43 PSI) However GM LS engine are tabled at 4 bar (54 PSI)
So if you are using a 3 bar 42 lb injector it is actually around a 48 lb injector at 4 BAR

are you asking what to change in your tune or what you can do without a tuning device? if you're asking the latter i would tow that to a reputable shop and have them retune it.
