Wow what a beast----So many mods at once you absolutely need a retune
Fouled rich plugs and cylinder washing sounds like way to much fuel .Points usually to an incorrect injector flow rate table--Your stock flow table is either 24 or 28 lbs. Installing 42's without rescaling will make it horribly rich----ALSO Most aftermarket injectors are rated at 3 bar( 43 PSI) However GM LS engine are tabled at 4 bar (54 PSI)
So if you are using a 3 bar 42 lb injector it is actually around a 48 lb injector at 4 BAR

are you asking what to change in your tune or what you can do without a tuning device? if you're asking the latter i would tow that to a reputable shop and have them retune it.

I pulled the ECU and sent it Matt Sorian @ Florida Speed and Power. He provided a base tune to get it started. Fired it up this morning, it is ALIVE.
Many thanks to Matt for his quick turnaround.
