C5 Windshield Wipers
Randomly go on whenever they want.
Had the motor replaced, by the dealership and now its doing it again. Sometimes you can't shut them off. Usually can if you turn off the car and wait awhile.
Can be driving down the road and they go on randomly...

Burning Brakes
Well I just d mine this last weekend. There are 3 drain "uders" that get clogged with leafs and water then your motor is sitting submerged in the water. I removed the drains all together so now it's just 3 large holes. There is a wright up with pics if you search "c5 wiper motor".
