All the GM cars can run on 91 oct fuel--
The AFR ratio for P/T is controlled to always run 14.68-1----At WOT or power enrichment each car can be slightly different--But even a Corvette has the PE fuel pig rich from the factory--- Around 11.5-1------A dedicated race engine usually will be leaned out for more HP to around 12.8 to 13.0---------- A weekend racer/daily driver around 12.5 to 12.7----and a daily driver only about 12.6 to 12.3----
So even a DD tune is much leaner than the stock tune AFR or 11.5
The over rich PE stock fueling can cover up most issues of bad fuel or ignition over timing

There several threads on it.
It's in one of stickys. It's made for 91, and at 10.5 compression ratio it may not be able to take advantage of 93, and the thread suggests there is very little difference between 91 and 93, but you can read it for yourself.
All that said, I use 93.
