Hey guys I bought a 1999 corvette and i new it had a few problems but now it's stuck in reduce engine power mode, and when you turn key on ac the dash and lights flicker, also it doesn't always turn dash on you have to turn the key on back and forth a bunch of times for it to initialize

Half those codes are not listed... The valid ones point to TPS.. Throttle position sensor.. I'd replace it and reset the CEL..

The only codes that would put it into a "limp mode" are the P codes-----you can look all of the P codes at htttp://gearchatter.com
They describe how to fixes of usual codes----T-body codes especially will put the car into reduced power mode-Immediate fix is to start and shut off the engine 3 times--and that will reset the reduced power mode--tempolarally -----But if they reappear---or it oes into limp mode report back with the codes gain
