new with Diablo sport Intune i-1000
Hello All,
I just purchased the Diablo i-1000 last week. I did register and uploaded the newest updates. I changed gears in my 2004 corvette which has an automatic transmission. I changed from 3.15 to 3.42. Im trying to see how to tune for the different gears, but dont see anything in my i-1000. also tried to upload a 91 octane tune, that i been hearing about on this forum, but there is nothing that shows that option. Should these tunes already be in the i-1000 and if not how can i load them to the system. Sorry for all the question, just new at this.
Thanks,
Jimmy

i-1000 help
Hello Mike,
I tried to go to speed calibration. There is no speed calibration.
I plug in i-1000 then proced till system recognizes my vin number. Here is what is on the i-1000
Actual wheel size,COT,Cooling fans,Down shift MPH (Then errow down for next page) Idle, injector Slop, throttle shift pressure (Next page) Rev linit, shift time, speed limit, torgue management, upshift MPH,upshift MPH vs TP (Next page) Upshift RPM, wot fuel, wot shift pressure, wot spark. There are no othere settings. I cant find speed calibration (to dial in my 3.42 gear ratio) or a 91 or 92 octane tune or hard shift option.
Thanks for all your help, sorry im just new at this.

Hmmm, is it under actual wheel size?
If not, email me the 2 tune files from the tune folder and tell me what gear ratio and I'll do it for you in a custom tune.
Thanks

Hello Mike,
there are no files in the tune folder (Displays empty). I looked in the wheel size folder and there is nothing in that folder or subfolders containing with speed calibration or about gear ratio. I will send you a log I recorded in an email, but it is stock. There is a lot of info but unreadable for me its encrypted. and you cant send an attachment here.
Thanks,
Jimmy

Thanks for Mikes Help
Just like to say thanks for all of Mikes help and patience with a newbie on the diablo i-1000. Mike was very quick on responces and knowledgeable of the Diablo intune. He sent me a tune that works great with the car. It shifts great and spins the tires in second gear with them new 3.42 gears. Now its time for the exhaust, lol
Thanks again,
Jimmy

Aware you are going to work on a tune for C7 with a AFE cold air and your tune. Granatelli has a MAS offered for the C7. Claim better response etc from 2000 RPM. Up. This unit might just solve the differences which seem to appear in power with the FCTY units....when switching around MAS would sure lime for your firm to run one on the car when you DYNO the AFE and design a tune for it. Their number 805-486-6644. Cost for it $ 250.00
