Default o2s not oscilating, always at .450"ish"

I went w/ a rear sensor up front and it seemed to work for a while now I've noticed in HPT that they aren't oscillating. Even if I force it into closed loop in HPT.

Any advice?
Thanks
Dave

Disconnected, bad connection. When they go bad they rarely stick dead in the middle.

replaced the o2 fuse and they started to oscillate again. Fuse only lasts for a few minutes though, I don't get it. Wires look fine, this is a 2nd set of sensors. The wiring hasnt been changed, this just started to happen all the sudden..

I'm going to check the schematics tonight and see how the wire runs but if a fuse blows slowly, not instantly, does that indicate maybe a bad o2 sensor blowing fuse even if it works? Maybe too much internal resistance?
