Default EFI Live and no more gauges..

At our rental I was running a bunch of different differrent tunes, when I put in the 100% tune I noticed that my gauges stopped working on my dash. Anyone ever hear of tuning software causing this? Any ideas?

BTW, I ran 10.06 @ 139.79 at 80% throttle, restrictor plate, with a crappy 1.6 short time...I wanted to get the stock bottom end record back

Normally happens when you start flash while the gauges are still sweeping or right afterward. (not giving enough time after turning the key to on). If in HPtuners theres a "write entire" or "write all" option, doing that fixes ya right up. Duno if there's the same option in EFi.

I'm guessing this would have worked because my battery died for some reason and when I jumped the car, everything worked fine. I wonder if the dead bettery was a coincidence? Its fine now that I jumped it.

Just re-load the calibration again..

Always re-start the car after to make sure everything works..

This is extremely common..

Has to do with the "loss of communication" that occurs from time to time during the upload..

No biggie at all...
