Default Maggie tune question

I have a 99FRC that had a LPE top end kit installed at 15k miles in 2002. The car had 383hp and 360tq on Lingenfelters dyno at that time.
Just installed a 112 IC Maggie and had the car re tuned a couple of weeks ago. Although I was not concerned about having a 500+ RWHP engine , I guess with a starting point of about 383 hp I kind of expected close to that. Was not real excited when the tuner said he was able to get 428 hp and 398 tq ? Tuner said with the ambient air temp at 92 to 95 which made the IAT 130+ , these two factors limited the total timing to 22 degrees , which he felt contributed to the lower than expected numbers.
Guess I should also add the Maggie has the stock 3.4 pulley and the blower was fairly consistent at 6.4. to 6.95 lbs of boost. AFR stayed at a fairly consistent 11.4 all the way to 6300rpm.
The cam installed by Lingenfelter is their GT2 cam, although it may not be a perfect blower cam I can't imagine that is a problem.
The car does idle and runs pretty good , kills the tires in 1st gear , and as expected with a Maggie runs as stock during regular driving.
Guess the question is , does this appear to be a tuning problem? Also both dyno's are dynojets. Car currently has 39k miles

sounds a bit low to me...I put a smaller pulley on my Maggie cranked the boost to 8.5 to get to 460/489...running a small cam (not blower) cam as well

What size pulley did you change to? Before going on the Dyno the tuner said he expected to have to go to a 3.1. or a 3.2 to get near 7lbs of boost, considering I have a cam headers and full exhaust on the car. Was also surprised the engine had near 7 lbs. Do you need to run alky injection for 8.5 lbs of boost ?
