Default G0801 Column Lock Option

Do any of you guys know what this EFILive parameter does, exactly? If I set it to no, what happens?

The reason I ask is I'm looking for a way to eliminate the fuel shutoff associated with a column lock problem. CLB going in, but I want this shutoff thing gone as well. Is the only way to do this with a Tech2, or can I do it with EFILive?

Muchas Gracias

Here's a bump for you, in HPT there's a field for setting the cutout speed, most just set it to 255, not sure where it is in EFI

EFILive doesnt have a cutout speed parameter listed, just this column lock paramater which is either yes or no. Any one know what it does?
