Default Logging Speed vs RPM to show clutch slip

Is it possible to log speed vs RPM to show clutch slip? I think I might be getting some slip in high RPMs, but it is hard to tell on the street. Car is making 750 on 15 psi and 3.73 gears, so everything happens real quick. If I log it, can I look for a spike in RPMs vs speed to indicate clutch clip?
