Your best bet is to post technical problems over in the C5 Tech section. I was looking in the scan and tune for EFI Live help and saw your post.
That valve is inside the Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (BPMV) and NON SERVICEABLE. The COIL that causes that valve to operate is in the Electronic brake Traction Module (EBTCM)
Here are pictures of both:
EBTCM:
Coils that operate the solenoid valves:
BPMV with Solenoid valves:
If I were you, I would disconnect the main connector to the EBTCM and examine the connector the plug and the wires inside the connector for damage. Make sure that the connector is in good shape.

Please dont take the EBTCM apart as far as i did. Mine was broke beyond repair and I field stripped it to show everyone what is inside one. There are no use serviceable parts inside unless your really good at electronice and troubleshooting circuits.
Theres one relay in that module that fails and sets a 1214 DTC. The realy is replaceable but you need to field strip the EBTCM down.
Have you tried to clear that DTC?
