Default Problem after PCM retune - runs 1-2 sec and dies

Hi, CF -
I uninstalled my supercharger and had my PCM mail-order-retuned by a very reputable guy who has done this for hundreds of folks. He's the same person who road and dyno-tuned my car after the supercharger install, so he had the earlier file to work with.
The patient is a 2000 vert

I have performed the PCM / BCM password relearn procedure - many times - attempting to solve the problem of cutting off. I have made sure the battery is fully charged and followed the GM manuals precisely 6 different times. The car will fire up for 1-2 secs and die. It will not throw a single code on the DIC, will not turn on any lights on the instrument panel, will not give me any clues about the problem.
All options operate, I have fuel pressure, the security light does not come on, the check engine light does not come on. It is acting just like the password isn't being passed between the BCM and PCM, but no codes are present, and I cannot get it to set the P1630 code that verifies the password relearn was successful according to the GM manuals. Your thoughts are much appreciated.

Have you looked at the "low oil pressure cut-off" system ? it is separate from the oil pressure gauge circiut--ALSO it can be in the "vehicle theft " file-- If triggered it shuts the engine down after 1-2 seconds--Try to turn the system off--In EFILIVE it is table G0801--change it to "NO"---If that works then you can trace where the problem comes from OR just leave the thdft system OFF and take your chances
