Need some help in Detroit

I am adding a Callaway Honker CAI and Long tube headers and Corsa pace car mufflers to my 2000 vert. I was advised to have a dyno tune for maximum effect. The only place I know is Livernois Engineering and they are $$. Any other ideas or advice would be appreciated. Thanks
