Default Easiest way to adjust fan settings?

I did a Chuck CoW tune and I ended up deciding to keep the factory stat. Now the fan runs all the time after the engine warms up to 180* +/-. Is there any easy way to adjust the fan setting without sending the whole computer back to Chuck?

Everything else is fine. I just want to set the fan switch back to stock specs.

Many thanks for any suggestions.

Just call around and find a tuner that will set it for you. Takes 5 minutes to download your tune, change it and upload it back with new fan settings. Someone should do it for you for very little cost just to be nice.

If the VCM is locked, you will need to send it back.

And if it is costly or difficult to get the tune changed just go ahead and change the stat for $35.00

I already have the 160* stat, which was supplied by Chuck CoW. When I use it, I can detect a tiny amount of piston rap. The piston rap only goes away completely when the engine is about 180*. Thus I want to use the factory stat as long as I own this car........
