I run 11.4 at WOT regardless of the boost level. You'll get more power out of 11.4 and more timing than you will leaning it out to 12 (you'll have to drop timing to get it that lean).

Running meth injection just means you should retune to hit your AFR target. If you are running enough meth to make a difference in the AFR, it will pretty much bog you and you'll have to lean out the cells where your meth is flowing.

I run a progressive meth controller which allows me to only run meth when I'm really into the throttle and running high boost. Even so, my boost VE table is really scary looking if you don't know I'm running three meth nozzles lol.

11.5 @ 7psi, I believe anything under 12 should be safe.

I run 11:1 because my methanol kit is turned all the way up. It gives me the ability to back off my AFR with the turn of a knob if I want to make a bit more power.
