Default Wot problems

Ok guys here’s whats going on.
WOT at high RPMs the car seems to misfire (lack of power) and the exhaust makes a lot of babbling. If the car is on WOT for a little when the misfire happens, the check engine light comes on, and I get code p0200 which is "Injector control circuit", but both the CEL and the code will disappear with out me clearing them. When at normal or mid throttle, the car seems fine.

So a lil background, all of this started happening when after I did LG headers with hi flow cats, and I did get a tune on the car aswell.
I had two codes showing, the above mentioned and a p0300 which, I figured out was 1 bad injector, and when this was going on the misfire sounded alot worse. So I cleared one problem and I am still faced with this problem. I changed the plugs and wires twice.
Any ideas
Thanks in advance

You have a bad injector, injector wiring/plug or something wrong with the PCM. If the injector is causing the mis-fire, you WILL see a P-300 misfire code. The P-300 code will only happen when the misfire event happens. When the misfire occurs, the CEL will blink. If the misfire is bad enough, it will set the DTC but when you turn off the ignition, it clears the DTC.

Remove each plug and examine the annode insulator and see if you can determine what cylinder is misfiring. If you have access to a scan tool or scanning software, its an easy find. Check that injector and its associated wiring.
