Default P0410 won't go away! Replaced check valve...

I went ahead and replaced the driver's side check valve after my 00 C5 kept throwing the P0410...any suggestions as for something else to try. Ever since I had this mail-order tune done...keeps throwing AIR, O2 and knock sensor codes!! I've also replaced both front O2's twice in the last few months and the knock sensors but it still keeps throwing the P0327...
Thanks so much,
Donnie

Here lies the disadvantage of a mail order tune---the p0410 is a code that doesn't specify bank 1 or 2 so it is a general air system code--If nothing else was taken apart or done to your engine other than the tune--then they changed the operation of the air pump--nothing to be concerned about--you can have them turn that code off--or put the change they made back to stock---and with the p0327--it is a little tougher--again if nothing else was done they did something to the knock sensor tables or you are getting unusual spark knock--have them look at this too---I can't see where there is anything you can do without a tuner or without being able to read the program changes--

Thanks man! I'll talk to the tuner and see what's up.

Sir,
What do you mean by the program changes?
Thanks,

May have turned the pump off, shortened the run time. Some folks have pulled the pump for weight and disabled the codes. Do you hear the pump when you first start the car (under left front headlight )? Should run 240 secs. Possibly one of your hoses is disconnected or damaged.
