Default Tune back to stock

99C5 FRC
Had a pro charger on it and was dyno tuned. I was told to pull the two socketed chips in the kick panel by the bcm to return to stock tune.
Is that correct? And if so Why is the car refusing to start now it has spark and fuel pressure. Has anyone had this similar issue?

ok. well the local shop that originally tuned it said to pull the two socketed chips. I have also heard it elsewhere. Must have been bad information.
