popping sound while tunning?

so we put in the p1sc on my c5 and started tunning last night evrything was going great but for some reason after the pull was almost done it started doin a little popping sound not loud but hearable we changed out the plus and the noise went somewhat away but still popped what do u guys think it is? weere gonna continue to work on it till tommorow
