Squires Turbo in Orem, Utah, can do Diablo tunes on a dyno. They also do STS installations so they are good.

Theres also a shop at about 8100 S State street that does SCT tuning for Frogs, er Fords, on a mustang dyno. Since SCT now has a handheld for the LS1, they might help you.

Get referrals from happy clients that have gotten the same work you want to have done, either way. Always prove the qualifications for yourself, and use your gut feelings.
