OTC 4000 E software

Hey , I just got out my trusty OTC 4000E scan tool that I've had since my '87 Buick GN, '87 C4 and '96 Suburban 2500. My software cartridges go up to '96 and I'm looking to get a C5 1997-1999. Anyone know if OTC has software cartridge for those years?
