I've searched and only found one picture showing someone's installation of an extra bung for a wideband and an EGT sensor.
I'm getting ready to install some LG streets and want to get the bung welded in before the install..... anyone have pics showing where they put their's? I'd like to have it between 10 and 2, but want to be able to remove it when done tuning. Not sure if I can put it in the 1 to 2 o'clock position on the passenger side collector without having the sensor hit the underneath of the car, and I don't think it would be a good idea to stack it behind the bung that's provided for the narrow band stock sensor in the 10 o'clock position....
I couldn't find a place to put mine safely between 10 and 2 o'clock--So I ended up at about 8:00 on the drivers side--not perfect but if you only use it for tuning and plug it after use then it will be fine--Mine works perfect--The reason for the higher mounting is to prevent water or moisture from settling into the sensor after shutdown and during warm-up---but if you remove it after use--its OK----
You can always replace the stock n/b with the w/b for tuning, and then swap them back to stock when you're done. No need for a bung on a temporary application.

You mean wire it up to act as a NB for the PCM and also connect to the WB controller for tuning? That's a great idea
Now why didn't I think of that?
Silly... I thought about doing it permanently, but didn't want to burn out the WB by leaving it in.... sometimes the old gray matter doesn't work well.
The x-pipe on the streets is way back and doesn't leave much room for it. It's a Magnaflow unit. I'm sure I could get one in there, but it's waaaay back. I think I'm going to go without cats and see if I can stand the vapors, so I may just use one of the rear O2 bungs. Then if I have to put the cats back in, we'll just see what the A/F's come out at. I want to see how mean this thing sounds with the LT headers and Borla stingers... should wake the neighbors on Sat. mornings

Preciate the info!!!
Searching around on the 'net, I found that some manufacturers prefer that it stays in the pipe and in use all the time and that it should last for 100,000 miles this way. I use mine as a narrowband, so we'll see.
