Default P1441 Evap solenoid open during purge??? What to do???

I keep getting this code every 3 days or so. I have replaced the solenoid....replaced the line....but it still keeps coming back. It causes no problem other than having the "check engine" light come on. I usually end up just deleating the code....but again 3 days later its back.

I have read the details from the scanner but it doesnt make much sense to me.

Any help will be gratefully accepted....ohhh this happened after I installed a supercharger......I dont see this as the cause only because the installation only required moving the solenoids location.
