960mv means you are rich[132=o2 voltage high]300 is random misfires,probably because you are rich.pulling the fuse will make bank 2 rich[o2 will run cold],bank 1 fuel trims should be on the minus[-]side with running that fat.pull the plugs on 1.if they are all black,you have too much fuel.if the plugs don't look that bad,either you have a wiring problem or a bad o2 [most likely if you have a lot of miles].swap front o2's,if the fault goes to bank 2 ,your issue is a dead o2.
