Default 2K vette w/stumbling starts

A&A S/C, 42#, methanol injection, WBO2, EFILive, etc.
Cars stumbles to a start whether hot or cold. (always cold now, although last month it started properly when cold only) Added check valve yesterday, but still stumbles no matter what. A blip or 2 of the throttle during stumbling gets it up and running and comes down to idle just fine like nothing wrong. Starts normal only if warmed up, turn off for less than 5 minutes and re start. Once running runs great. Dyno tuned. All LT trims at -2% for all 22 cells. WB shows 14.7 +/- .5 all the time, except for boost conditions and then down to 11.5-12 -thank you methanol.

What parameters should I tweak? Can take logs of whatever I need to, just don't know what to log.
Does anybody know where to find the throttle plate opening setting for cold start? I am thinking I should open (maybe close) this.

TIA, Robi

Thats a pretty hard thing for the peeps on this forum to know... go to EFILive's forum, there's a lot more info there than here. Link
