can any changes be made to the cars computer timing ect.with the scan program that they sell for$249 or do you need the more pricy pkg to make simple changes on the car ,thanks for any help in advance

Our package starts at $499 with scan and tune and can make changes to many vehicles including GM's gen4 lineup.
