Default Can a tune mess with the TCS

I am all ears....All my grounds are good, the car ran great before the short block swap and the only thing different is the tune now...

your 4 abs/speed sensors(also wheel bearings), feed into the transmission harness and which routes from the rear of the car of behind the motor, splits to the 2 front sensors and ends up next to the battery; the ground is at on the driver's side of the block for this harness, there is another on the frame rail near the driver's side rear

in the pic look below the aft most head bolt, it looks like the ground(loose) is touching the header

before you ck for the grounds, what CODES do you have?

I keep getting the c1278. I see the ground you are talking about on the driver side of the block. If that ground is by chance touching the headers would that cause it not to work correctly. The problem I am having is the car ran fine before a short block swap, now I get this. At anything less then 10% throttle the car runs fines, anything over it goes into reduced engine power mode and service traction control and abs. But a WOT the car still will run great and pull nicely and not throw that code. It seems like anything from 10%-75% throws this code and causes the car to go into reduced engine power mode.
