Tail Pipes Truning All Black????

I got my 98 vette tuned and its running good .but it maybe geting to much fuel...because my tail pipes are truning all black and lot af black powder on them...its not useing any oil.........sooooooo what do you think it is...any in put will help...thanks

Hello my first guess with no other information to go on other than your post is that yes your car has been tuned on the rich side.

Do you have any A/F graphs from the dyno this service was performed at and did you have the car tuned completely or just wide open throttle?
