I purchased HP tuners on 10-27-05. I still have not heard any type of repsonse as of 11/3/05. Even thanking for purchasing HP tuners you shipment is on the way,etc....
Looking for some other folks that went through the process.

Took about a week to get mine. Software updates usually take about a day at the latest. If you're not sure they got the payment email them at sales@hptuners.com
The are at Sema. I dealt with Keith . Prompt responses all the time. It is just this week they are busy at SEMA. It took mine 10 days to get here. International . So not bad.
