I got a code that's not on the code list???

Need Help, I was driving back from A&A today and got a code that is not on any code list. The code is below. "PCM" P2068 H, I have looked all over for this code and I can not find it anywhere, does anyone know what this is? I have a 2004 Z. Thank You in advance Mike
