Codes P 0420 & P o430 Catalyst System

Just installed Dynatech Supermaxx System with their dual-flow cats. What can I do about these codes indicateing catalyst system low efficiency.

I was getting the same codes after my Supermaxx install, I would clear the codes my self Then I had my tuner turn them off He said that it has to do with the cat heating up
