This might be a dumb question but are you in California or Indiana?
Your name says Indiana and your profile say California.
If you are in Indiana I am in Ohio so I might be able to come pick them up from you.

Re: FS: Set Michelin Pilot Sport A/S (wclark@nj.com)
Two rears for 110 each plus shipping which is ~25 each for 3 day and ~15 each for ups ground (estmates based UPS to New York City)?
I'm selling them because I couldn't stand the sound...and they were going to last forever. I bought OEM GY EMTs. Those are about equally loud, but somehow the sound doesn't bother me. Reviews say the Michelin Pilots are much superior for noise comfort. I guess people are different. Other than the particular sound that bothered me, the Michelin are superior...magnitudes superior in terms of tread life.

California now. UPS web site will give you a shipping estimate. Tires weigh ~20lbs.

$120 each for the front...plus shipping? The front have no patches. There is one clean center tread patch on the left rear.

Do the Michelin's really make as much noise as the OEM GY's? Everything I have read on this forum suggest that they are much quieter. I hate the OEM's as the road noise is just so loud. Please don't rain on my parade as I was hoping that the Michelin's were going to be my salvation.

Re: FS: Set Michelin Pilot Sport A/S (bprse)
What can I say. I spent $ for new GY. The new GY are loud but I can stand that for some reason. I couldn't stand the Michelins. Every day was hell...and the Michelin don't wear. (The GY don't have that problem.) Suzanne says they sound equally loud to her. My sence is that the sound intensity (decibles) are roughly equal. The fact that many people have given substantially better road noise reviews for the Michelin suggests to me that the same noise affects different people differently. Some people prefer to bear one, some the other. Most prefer the Michelin.

Re: FS: Set Michelin Pilot Sport A/S (PewterVette)
Adam, I posted two pictures of the wear marks on the rear tires here http://www.photohost.org/gallery/sho...hp?photo=20086 and here http://www.photohost.org/gallery/sho...hp?photo=20087
...the focus turned out not perfect. In the middle, the tread wear markers appear to be ~2/32 high or 40-50% of the remaining tread.

Re: FS: Set Michelin Pilot Sport A/S (bprse)
I had the Michelin Pilot Sport. They were much quieter and rode way better. My new 04 Coupe has the Run Flats again. But now have the adjustable suspension so ride is not an issue. And with the new tread and 30 lbs of air, the Run Flats are fine and tolerable as far as noise, I am sure it will be an issue again when the wear down. I am going to stick with them

Re: FS: Set Michelin Pilot Sport A/S (indiana2)
Still have these? I may be interested in the front 2. How many miles on them? I am local and will be needing new fronts soon, my stock GY are at 20K miles. Already bought Mich ZP for rear.
Thanks

Re: FS: Set Michelin Pilot Sport A/S (eitspc5)
I still have the tires. They have ~27k miles. As I said earlier, the Michelin have relatively long tread life. I put 30K miles on my first set of GY and they had little tread left. With the same milage, the Michelin fronts have more than 60% (6 32nds out of 9 to 10 32nds) remaining.
