>JL Audio fiberglass Stealth Box ($550 new).
Speaker has a dented cone (still sounds good) and the carpet is worn a way on one edge. Black carpeted and otherwise looks great.

I'll take the cats if they can be plugged into my stock headers and magnaflow x-pipe.
And if they can then be plugged into another set of aftermarket headers when I swap them out.

The cat's are flanged. A decent muffler shop can weld in basic flanges to your existing setup. If you use the a flange style setup you can make it a bolt in setup so you can swap from High Flow cats to stock cats to straight pipes as you please. For a slip fit application the flanges on the FLP cats will need to be cut off by the muffler shop.

335/30/18 will work on Z06 10.5 inch wheels without any rubbing issues or require a tub. I've seen about a dozen people running that tire on Z06 wheels. With that being said, a 335 will not give you too much more tire patch than a 295. If you looking for a nice beefy look in the rear then the 335's will do it. If you looking for pure performance I would stick with 295's and perhaps go to a BFG KD which tends to run about an .5-.8 wider than pilot sports.
