I just acquired a 2004 Z06 and I want to get these few basic items:

1. Steering column lock bypass/simulator
2. Window blow-out clips
3. Headlight adjuster hole plugs/covers (2 needed)

I may miss a few other things, suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

For the column lock I would recommend buying one from Compliance Parts. It is called the LMC5. It installs next to the BCM in the passenger foot well bypassing all the circuitry to the lock mechanism. You do need to make sure the column is not locked before installing. I do the following to unlock the column.
1. turn the ignition to the on position, do not start the engine
2. verify that the column is unlocked
3. disconnect the battery negative cable
4. install the LMC5, follow the included instructions.
5. reconnect the battery
6. verify that the column no longer locks when the key is off.
