Default Marrad Ultra Low Universal Seat Mounting Bracket
bracket is new and undrilled so you can drill the holes according to the seat/rails you wish to use and then have it powdercoated... this is to mount one seat only, $100 plus shipping or pickup in Atlanta area

Is this just for tall people to fit in the car more comfortably?

yes or if you need to mount a race seat and need extra clearance for a helmet, it nearly puts the seat on the floor
